1.Acceptance

This website is operated by KPI Green OMS Pvt. Ltd., CIN U31403GJ2022PTC134897, registered office KP House, Near KP Group Circle, Opp. Ishwar Farm BRTS Junction, Bhatar Canal Road, Surat, Gujarat 395017, India. By using it you accept these terms. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on that organisation's behalf. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2.What these terms are not

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, product specifications, scope lists and commercial models are provided for information so that you can start a properly informed conversation. No page here creates a service-level commitment, a warranty, a price, or a delivery obligation. Where anything on this site differs from your signed contract, the contract governs without exception.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. It starts a conversation.

3.How you may use the site

You may read this site, and print or download extracts, for your own reference or to evaluate whether to work with us. Everything else needs our written permission.

You must not:

• scrape, crawl for bulk extraction, or otherwise harvest the site by automated means, except by a search engine obeying our robots directives;
• copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the content, or use it to train a commercial model, without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, load-test, or interfere with the site or the infrastructure behind it;
• reverse engineer any part of the site, or attempt to derive our product designs or engineering from what is published here;
• misrepresent who you are, who you act for, or your authority when submitting an enquiry;
• use the site unlawfully, or to transmit anything malicious.

4.Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, photography, diagrams, code and design — belongs to KPI Green OMS Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. Access grants you no licence beyond the limited use described above.

The names KPI Green OMS Pvt. Ltd., KP Group, SR4000, SR2000 and SR-Shuttle Link, together with the associated logos and marks, are ours. You may use them to refer accurately to us; you may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, association or partnership that does not exist.

Our robotics products are the subject of patent applications. Publication of a specification on this site is not a licence, a disclosure for the purpose of defeating novelty, or a waiver of any right.

5.What you send us

When you submit an enquiry or send an application, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to disclose it. Plant data in particular often belongs to an asset owner rather than to the person typing it — do not send us a third party's confidential or personal data unless you have their authority.

We use what you send to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of it. Where you send us an unsolicited idea, suggestion or design, you accept that we may already be working on something similar and that no confidentiality arises unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement with you.

6.Accuracy, and the limits of what you should rely on

We take the figures on this site seriously and qualify them where qualification is due. That discipline only works if the qualifications are read, so the important ones are collected here.

• Portfolio, transmission, substation and track-record figures described on this site as KP Group figures are group-level figures for KP Group. They are not the standalone position of KPI Green OMS Pvt. Ltd., and should not be read as such.
• Any telemetry, performance ratio, string deviation or soiling value shown in an interface element on this site is illustrative. It is not live plant data and does not represent the current performance of any asset.
• Robot throughput figures are stated at their declared test basis — for the SR4000, 2,400 panels per hour on 335 Wp modules in a 2P arrangement. Real throughput varies with module size, row geometry, terrain, soiling and site conditions.
• Cost, saving and yield improvements described on this site, including the approximate 70% saving versus manual cleaning, are indicative figures drawn from prior deployments. They are not a forecast for your site and not a warranted outcome.
• Scope lists describe services we are capable of providing. They are not a statement of what is included in any particular contract.

No figure, specification or description on this site is a warranty, a guarantee, or a representation you may rely on in deciding to contract. Performance commitments exist only where a signed contract states them, with the measurement method and conditions attached. Ask us for site-specific figures and we will produce them properly.

7.Client names and external links

Where we name a client, counterparty or technology partner, we do so as a factual reference to work performed or systems used. It is not a claim of endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or joint venture, and it is not a representation that any relationship is current or exclusive.

This site links to external sites, including https://www.kpgroup.co. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, and these terms do not apply once you leave.

8.Availability

We make no commitment that this website will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. Nothing in this section affects any availability commitment in a signed services contract, which is a separate matter entirely.

9.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided as they stand. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, conditions and terms relating to this website, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, production, anticipated saving, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to ten thousand Indian rupees (₹10,000).

10.Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or your submission of material you were not entitled to send us.

11.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

12.Changes and contact

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the effective date shown at the top of this page, and it applies to your use of the site from the moment it is published.
