1.Who we are

KPI Green OMS Pvt. Ltd. (formerly M81 Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) operates this website. We are a company incorporated in India in 2022, part of KP Group, with Corporate Identity Number U31403GJ2022PTC134897 and registered office at KP House, Near KP Group Circle, Opp. Ishwar Farm BRTS Junction, Bhatar Canal Road, Surat, Gujarat 395017, India.

For personal data collected through this website we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), and the Controller under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") where that regulation applies to you.

Questions about this policy go to info.oms@kpgroup.co.

2.What this policy covers — and what it does not

This policy covers personal data collected through this website: the enquiry form, direct contact by email or telephone prompted by this site, and the analytics described below.

It does not cover data we process under a signed operations and maintenance contract. Plant telemetry, SCADA feeds, meter and generation data, client personnel contacts, and records held in our Network Operations Centre, IBM Maximo and UDA platforms are governed by that contract — under which we generally act as a Data Processor on behalf of the client, who remains the Data Fiduciary. If you are an existing client asking about plant data, your contract governs, not this page.

KP Group and its operating companies publish their own privacy policy at https://www.kpgroup.co, covering that website and the entities operated through it. KPI Green OMS Pvt. Ltd. is a separate company with its own registration, and this policy governs this website. Where you interact with the KP Group corporate site, the policy published there applies to that interaction.

The two are not in conflict. This site is statically hosted with no accounts, no logins and no comment system, so it collects less and sets no cookies at all — where the group policy describes account, comment or login data, none of it exists here. Where both policies could reach the same processing, we apply whichever gives you the greater protection.

3.What we collect

Only what you type, plus a minimal technical record needed to keep the site standing up.

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, telephone number and company. Depending on whether you are asking about operations and maintenance, cleaning robots, or both, we also collect the technical details of the plant concerned — capacity, technology, location, commissioning year, current maintenance arrangement and required scope, or DC capacity, module arrangement, mounting system, estimated robot quantity, commercial model, delivery location and target timeline — together with any message you write.

You may attach up to two documents to an enquiry. Those attachments are checked for type and size and are then discarded. This website has no database and no file storage: nothing you attach is retained by the form, which is why our confirmation asks you to email documents separately against your reference number.

When your browser makes a request, our server briefly holds your IP address in memory to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection in an hour. It is never written to disk, never included in the enquiry email, and is lost whenever the site is redeployed.

If you email a job application, we receive whatever you send — typically a CV and covering message. The website itself collects nothing for recruitment; the careers page simply opens your email client.

4.What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or licence personal data to anyone.
  • We do not run advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking technology.
  • We do not build behavioural profiles or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
  • We do not operate accounts or logins on this site, and we never ask for passwords.
  • We do not take payment details through this website.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children.

5.Why we use it, and on what basis

We use enquiry data to answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or quotation, and to route it to the right technical and commercial people. We use application data to assess your application. We use the technical record to keep the site secure and available, and analytics to understand which pages are useful.

Purpose, and the lawful basis we rely on.
PurposeUnder the DPDP ActUnder the GDPR
Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposalYour consent, given by submitting the formSteps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
Assessing a job application you email usYour consentSteps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
Rate limiting, security and keeping the site availableLegitimate use — maintaining the service you asked forOur legitimate interests in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f))
Aggregate analytics and performance measurementYour consent, given in the preferences bannerYour consent (Art. 6(1)(a))

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand, and it does not oblige us to forget an enquiry we are contractually mid-way through answering.

6.Cookies, local storage and analytics

This website sets no cookies. It stores two small values in your browser's local storage, and neither is used to identify or track you.

Everything this site stores in your browser.
NameMechanismPurposeCategory
kpigoms-themeLocal storageRemembers your light or dark appearance choice.Strictly necessary
cookie-consent-v2Local storageRecords your own consent decision so we do not ask on every visit.Strictly necessary

Both entries are strictly necessary and are set regardless of your analytics choice: one remembers your appearance preference, the other remembers the very choice you made in the banner. Clearing your browser storage removes both, and the banner will ask again.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance in aggregate. Neither sets a cookie, and neither follows you to other websites. Both load only after you accept analytics in the banner; if you decline, or have not yet answered, they are not loaded at all and we receive nothing.

You can change your decision at any time from the cookie preferences control on this site.

7.Who else sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to our commercial team and, where relevant, shared internally within KP Group with the people needed to answer it. Beyond that, two service providers process data on our behalf under contract:

Processors engaged by this website.
ProviderWhat they doWhere they operate
ResendDelivers the enquiry notification and your acknowledgement email.United States
VercelHosts the website and provides aggregate analytics and performance measurement.United States and global edge network

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not share personal data with anyone else, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

8.Transfers outside India

Both providers named above operate outside India, so an enquiry you send will be processed abroad. Under the DPDP Act we may transfer personal data outside India except to a country the Central Government has restricted, and we monitor that list.

Where the GDPR applies to you, transfers out of the EEA or the UK are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, incorporated into our agreements with those providers. You can ask us for the safeguards that apply to a particular transfer.

9.How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and the correspondence arising from them: 24 months from our last contact with you, unless the enquiry becomes a contract, in which case the contract's retention terms take over.
  • Job applications sent by email: 12 months from the close of the process, unless you ask us to keep them on file for longer.
  • Enquiry attachments: not retained at all — validated at the boundary and discarded.
  • Rate-limiting records: at most one hour, and lost on every redeployment.
  • Analytics: aggregate figures only, held by Vercel under their retention terms, with no record identifying you.

Where we are required to keep something longer to meet a legal, tax or regulatory obligation, we keep only what that obligation requires and erase the rest.

10.How we protect it

The site is served over TLS. Enquiries are validated against a strict schema before they are accepted, submissions are rate limited, and the absence of an enquiry database means there is no store of past enquiries on this site to breach.

One honest caution. The enquiry form delivers by email, and email is not a confidential channel. Send us enough to start a technical conversation — not tariff structures, contract pricing, security arrangements or anything else commercially sensitive. Ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first, and we will give you a route that suits the material.

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as the DPDP Act requires, and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where the GDPR applies.

11.Your rights

You can exercise any of these free of charge, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

  • Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
  • Correction and completion — have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data filled in.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Withdraw consent — as easily as you gave it.
  • Nomination (DPDP Act) — nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated.
  • Grievance redressal (DPDP Act) — complain to us first, and to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it.

If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the right to restrict processing, to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests, to receive your data in a portable machine-readable format, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

12.Making a request, or a complaint

Write to our Grievance Officer at info.oms@kpgroup.co, or by post to Grievance Officer, KPI Green OMS Pvt. Ltd., KP House, Near KP Group Circle, Opp. Ishwar Farm BRTS Junction, Bhatar Canal Road, Surat, Gujarat 395017, India.

Tell us what you are asking for and enough about your dealings with us that we can find your record. We will acknowledge and answer within 30 days. If your request is unusually complex we will tell you why more time is needed rather than let it run silently.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your supervisory authority where the GDPR applies.

13.Children

This is a business-to-business website about industrial energy assets. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will erase it.

14.Changes to this policy

We update this policy when what we do changes. The effective date and last-updated date appear at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will make that clear on the site rather than rely on you noticing a new date.

Effective 29 July 2026. Last updated 29 July 2026.
